The ADHD School Monitoring Program

Getting regular teacher feedback on how a child with ADHD is doing at school is part of the American Academy of Pediatrics treatment guidelines, but it's often difficult and time-consuming for professionals to obtain.

I developed the ADHD School Monitoring Program to help. It's a free, web-based tool that lets a child's teacher provide brief, regular ratings (2–3 minutes) covering core ADHD symptoms, behavior, and schoolwork. Families receive the results by email and can share them with you to help guide treatment decisions — showing when treatment is working well and when it may need to be adjusted.

The program never sends anything to you automatically — parents alone decide whether to forward results. Because of this, recommending it to a family doesn't create the complications of a HIPAA business-associate relationship.
